D3 AQR with a larger host cell ratio
Connected-packaging pilots that want a larger, more scannable host QR region relative to the AQR overlay grid use this generator with a fixed host cell ratio applied.
Same generator, one preset applied
This experience uses the same D3 AQR capability as the primary generator, with the host cell size ratio fixed to 3 ("hostratio": 3) instead of bwip-js's default of 2.
Example data
The generator is seeded with a bwip-js-verified valid GTIN-14/category pair, distinct from the primary's example.
Workflow
Enter your GS1 Digital Link URI and category, confirm the domain validator accepts the GTIN-14 check digit, then export SVG for the packaging artwork.
Job-specific settings
No job-specific options beyond the fixed host cell ratio are applied here.
Scanning notes
Use a reader capable of decoding the underlying QR host symbol; the AQR overlay is an additional printed layer around it, not a separate scan target.
Common mistakes
Omitting category, or supplying a GS1 Digital Link URI whose GTIN-14 check digit is wrong, are the most common rejections.
Reference
D3 AQR builds on the GS1 Digital Link standard's URI structure; this capability remains in beta status in this catalog.
