Mailmark at a smaller, square footprint
UK mail preparation that needs a smaller, square symbol footprint (instead of the wider rectangular default) uses this generator with a fixed type applied.
Same generator, one preset applied
This experience uses the same Royal Mail Mailmark capability as the primary generator, with the type fixed to 9 ("type": 9, a 32x32 square symbol) instead of the primary's 16x48 rectangle (type 29).
Example data
The generator is seeded with a bwip-js-verified valid Mailmark-formatted value, distinct from the primary's example.
Workflow
Enter your Mailmark-formatted data (beginning with "JGB "), confirm the preview at the fixed square type, then export SVG for the mail-piece artwork.
Job-specific settings
No job-specific options beyond the fixed type are applied here.
Scanning notes
Since Mailmark is a Data Matrix-based symbol, any 2D imager capable of reading Data Matrix reads it the same way.
Common mistakes
A payload shorter than 45 characters, or one not beginning with "JGB ", is the most common rejection.
Standard
Royal Mail Mailmark follows Royal Mail's own Mailmark barcode specification.
